He has worked in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1985. Bill creates accents for the garden combining stone and water. As a builder, he specializes in site-specific naturalistic water features, including ponds, streams and waterfalls. Area of Operation Installations range from Pebble Beach to the Napa and Sonoma Valleys. Area of operation is less crucial than project fit. Showcase installations are sought. Bill practices selective engagement. Site Inspections Site inspections within a one hour radius of San Francisco can be scheduled at no charge to clients with design drawings which serve as contract documents. Clients without design drawings will be charged a consultation fee for site visits. He does not charge for bids on project proposals that include drawings and specifications. PHILOSOPHY Business philosophy: It is our hope to connect with our clients and create riparian waterfeatures that reflect an appreciation for water in nature. These features include ponds, streams and fountains as well as attendant stone walls, patios and decorative stone placements. Building philosophy: We combine craftsmanship, technology and a deep appreciation for the riparian aesthetic in constructing sound, naturalistic waterfeatures. We craft water-tight structures, bind them with mechanical systems which mirror our clients tolerance for maintenance and overlay them with natural elements culled to incorporate the qualities of color, texture, weight, light and shadow.
